Who We Are

We are a locally-owned and operated business based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a passion for providing top notch customer service, market knowledge, and reliability. We provide full service property management for investors in Indianapolis, Lawrence, Beech Grove, Greenwood, and Franklin. We have sold 300 houses on and off market, and managed residential real estate since 2016. We are licensed, bonded, and insured general contractors.

Rent Collection

For rent collection, we make sure to do the following to stay on top:

Diligence in communication with tenants regarding payment issues, and prompt communication with owners so they are up to speed.
Clearly communicated and enforced late fees/penalties/policies.
Reminders with tenants.

Leasing

When leasing a property, presentation is important and we always pay for professional photography to attract tenants.

We market on Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Facebook, and MLS/GoSection8, when applicable.

Maintenance Coordination

As your property management company, we have a large network of contractors, and we will take care of the following:

Fielding and relaying tenant requests.
Scheduling and planning for completion of work with vendors/owners.
Vendor billing and verification of completed work (pictures delivered to owner prior to payment).

Administration & Book Keeping

We have property management software; tenants can log in and pay online and also submit maintenance requests online.

We also have an owner portal, where you can log in and view financials, leases, and work orders.

Acquisitions Consulting

We have sold over 300 houses on & off market, great knowledge of Indianapolis/Franklin, always willing to help investors on the right path.
